This morning the Minister of Maori Development Hon. Willie Jackson, Associate Minister of Health Hon. Peeni Henare, Minister for Crown Relations Hon. Kevin Davis and Minister Hon. Aupito Sio, annouced new funding of $140m to support Maori and Pacific Island whanau to isolate and social services to support whanau in need. It will deliver immediate, flexible and holistic support to our whanau. Minister Jackson spoke to us after the press conference this morning.
