The Vaccination Clinics in Gisborne have been suspended for 48hrs

The Kowhai House clinic is open as a testing station – if you have Covid symptoms you are urged to call either the Healthline 0800 611 116 or your local clinic to arrange an appointment for a swab/ test

Te Puia Hospital is closed to the public (to protect our vulnerable pakeke) and there will be no visitors or visiting permitted.

Maternity Services continue to be provided within Level 4 restrictions and guidelines.

If you need repeat medication, call your local clinic and discuss with the nurse who can organise your prescriptions.

The Tawhiti and Uawa clinics have a doctor today, if you are coming to the clinic, call ahead and a nurse will come to you in your vehicle.  The clinics have the capacity to treat 6 really ill patients so call ahead.

Ruatoria has no doctor or a clinic today – only a nurse. 

There will be a doctor tomorrow in Ruatoria and at the Tawhiti Clinic.

On Friday, there will be a doctor in Te Araroa, at the Tawhiti Clinic and at the Uawa Clinic.
