While Work and Income sites are open now, they are working quite differently from before lockdown. There are strict measures in place to keep everyone safe.
You must have an appointment – any casual walk-ins won’t be allowed in and will be encouraged to phone for an appointment.

For people with appointments there are safety measures in place such as Perspex screens at reception, hand sanitiser for use when arriving and leaving, markings on the floor to keep people one metre apart, and a register of people visiting for contact tracing.
