A Special General Meeting and Special Resolution Voting Process to Amend the Te Runanganui o Ngati Porou Trust Deed will be held Sunday 24 June, 11am at Te Tini o Porou, Gisborne. 
The meeting will allow all registered adult Iwi members to consider and vote on proposals to amend the TRONPnui Trust Deed. 
Voter packs will be sent to members with current contact details from Monday 14 May 2018 
Votes may be cast by ballot box, Post or via www.ngatiporou.com 
Internet voting closes 5:00pm Wednesday 20 June 2018.
