Last week a Bill banning Gay Conversion Therapy became legislation. That’s a major milestone for the rainbow community and NZ generally in terms of normalising and celebrating diversity.  The legislation bans the practise of trying to change or suppresses a person’s sexual orientation and gender identity. Dr Elizabeth Kerekere, Green Party spokesperson for Rainbow communities and advocate for the establishment of a Ministry for Rainbow Communities joined Erana this morning.
