Don’t miss the Te Ara Patupaiarehe Lights event being held on Manutahi Hill in Ruatoria as part of the Te Tairawhiti Arts Festival!  Organiser of Te Ara Patupaiarehe, our very own Rawinia Parata, has been working with Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Ngati Porou Kaiako and students, to create art work and a lighting display that celebrates our fascination with patupaiarehe.  Tama Waipara and Melanie Tangaere-Baldwin from the Te Tairawhiti Festival will be bringing their lights from Te Tairawhiti Arts festival to decorate Manutahi Hill.
