Maoridom and Ngati Porou need more trained journalists.  The Minister of Broadcasting Kris Faafoi allocated $55million to a Public Journalism fund aimed at lifting the quality of journalism in the country.  Erana Reedy caught up with Gary Wilson  from the Mana Trust about how in the 1980s they head hunted Maori to become journos, some of whom still work in the industry.
