Tata Crocombe runs three resorts in the Cook Islands – two in Rarotonga and one in Aitutaki.  Tourism is the main industry in the island and their economy has been hit hard by Lockdown.  So he’s been working to develop Artificial Intelligence technology to continue attracting visitors to the islands, once the borders open again.
