After the last heavy rain in Ruatoria, over two tonnes of household and industrial rubbish spilled on to the Tikapa beachfront.  Tikapa resident Graeme Atkins said it happens after every heavy rain and they are sick of it.  The last rain washed down five tonnes of rubbish and says an education campaign is needed.
