Te Runanganui o Ngati Porou offices in Ruatorea and Turanga have now re-opened.
Our offices and teams are operating under COVID-19 Alert Level 2.

To keep everyone safe we ask that you ring to make an appointment with one of the staff before coming to the local office.
• For Ruatoria appointments you can call 0800 833 502.
• For appointments at Te Tini o Porou, Kaiti, you can call 0800 NPOROU.

All of our whanau, clients or other manuhiri must sign in at reception on arrival. This will help with ‘contact tracing’, if we need to alert you to a possible COVID situation, and is part of the rules for reopening offices and shops under Level 2.

There is also hand sanitizer to help keep everyone germ-free, as well as the need to maintain at least one metre of personal space from each other.

While things are not quite back to normal yet, we hope all our whanau and guests will still feel ‘at home’ when you come in.
